Negotiation for Women, Tuesday 20th OCT
20-10-2009

About our Speaker:  Kelly Magowan CEO Six Figures International

Kelly Magowan has been specialising in the arena of Human Resource Management, Recruitment and Career Coaching for 13 years.  In early 2007 Kelly began developing Six Figures www.sixfigures.com.au the Executive Job Site for high salary earners to connect with $100K+ job opportunities, across all industries and professions.

There have been some fascinating studies into how deeply embedded stereotypes about gender make it so much harder for women to negotiate in an organisation, whether it's asking for a promotion or a pay rise. Studies show that women unwittingly hamper their chances of a pay rise by simply being themselves.

Sometimes the 'female' way of behaving has an even more insidious effect on earnings, no matter how savvy a women's negotiating skills.

Please join us and bring a colleague or your clients to the October 20th Luncheon Navigating the home truths of work Negotiation, with Kelly Magowan, CEO of Six Figures International.
