WIF Vic Platinum memberships have been created to provide support for the development of Mentoring Program. In addition to funding the growth of the program, Platinum members will be given four mentoree positions in the next program. Platinum members will also be given priority with sponsorship opportunities.

The Women in Finance (VIC) Mentoring program is exclusive to our members as participating mentorees. Although required to pay for this program, the benefits for mentorees far exceed the minimal cost. Feedback since its inception with our reciprocal club - NSW has been excellent. The WIF mentoring program is an important industry initiative to assist in attracting and retaining top female talent in the banking and financial services sector.
